Permits

Typically, permits aren’t required for patios, but we are fully licensed and insured in Kansas and Missouri. We can provide copies for your HOA or personal use, if needed.

Final Inspection

Before collecting the final payment, we make sure you're completely satisfied with your project. We conduct a thorough cleanup and double-check that every detail is perfect before we leave.
